Here at RAD Game Tools, we are particularly proud of our
technical support. If you have a question or problem regarding one of our products, you
will generally work directly with the programmer that actually wrote the code! This means, for example, you aren't going to be talking to someone that is handling
DirectSound today, Excel tomorrow, and Visual Basic next week! We will help keep you
working as efficiently as possible.
Our programmers
answer the phones - we will work with you to duplicate and detect the source of the
problem, and then get it fixed!
RAD Game Tools products also support themselves - with built-in debugging capabilities that can log
every single function call (including parameters) during testing. Our support staff solves
many problems just by examining this output, and it is available to you, too. RAD Game
Tools also come with complete source code - if you want to know how something works in our
stuff, just look it up!
The bottom line is that the
folks at RAD care that you ship on schedule. It's important to us that our game

Note that RAD cannot provide support for end-users that are playing games using our
technologies. If you are having trouble with a game or data files from a game, you need to
contact the game developer or publisher. Game related emails will not be returned.
